Classic Elegance warrants NO FAULT POLICY
Classic Elegance Invitations® will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that personal information is as accurate, complete, and current as required for the purposes for which it was collected including designing wedding or special event invitations. If you, or whomever notice any inaccuracies in information after the final product has been provided, whether it is grammatical or incorrect content or context you must provide irrefutable evidence that correct information was provided prior to printing, and we require atleast 48 hours notice before going to print. Classic Elegance Invitations® has complete and final decision based on our resources whether the information provided is true in its nature. Classic Elegance Invitations® has complete ability to not warrant any documentation as valid by their client, based on their own resources proving beyond a benefit of a doubt that the post documentation is inaccurate, fraudulent or false.
Classic Elegance does understand mistakes are made and will do their best to assist the client.
Classic Elegance will provide a discount or provide the updated product if the fault is proven to be based on their negligence.
Can I Change My Information?
You may change any information that is not already in print or finalized and approved up to 48 hours before going to print. Please contact Classic Elegance for more information on this.
What About Information About Children?
We do not direct the site to, nor do we knowingly collect personal information from, children under thirteen, and will not work with anyone under the age of 18 unless we have parent/guardian permission.
Copyright Violations
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and will take appropriate steps to protect the intellectual property rights of third parties if it receives notice in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
