Classic Elegance Invitations ® Privacy Policy is intended to comply with Canada’s federal privacy laws including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (S.C. 2000, c 5) and the ten key principles of the Canadian Standards Association Model Code for the Protection of Personal Information (CAN/CSA – Q830-96).

Classic Elegance Invitations® respects your privacy and in doing so we have provided you with a complete outline of our procedures and policies. Feel free to contact us at any time if you do not understand or are unsure of what is outlined below.

Classic Elegance Invitations® is 100% owned and run in Canada. We presently have two locations, one in Toronto, Ontario and the other in Vancouver British Columbia.

Our website is going to change as resources and user interest increases and changes. We expect to be up to date with security and state technology. Classic Elegance uses servers that are 100% secure, and have completely passed scans required to sell online.  No credit card information gathered is stored either on local computers or Classic Elegance or Servers that Classic Elegance pays to maintain. All credit card information is monitored and controlled by Beanstream (www.beanstream.com) and their control panel.

Do we collect information?
We must collect information, but it is only relevant to your invitations being printed as you require them. When you browse through this web site, you do so anonymously. Classic Elegance Invitations® does not collect personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us by interacting with the site, or using our Contact Us feature.
Our servers automatically log information about visits to this web site in the normal course of establishing and maintaining web connections.  The server logs record statistical information, such as visitors’ IP addresses, time and duration of visit, and web sites visited.  We collect this information so that we may continuously improve our web site content. These statistics are reported in aggregate form only.  We do not link server log information to any other data in a way that would enable us to identify individual visitors.
Information you may provide when purchasing that we have access to is:

1. First names and last names of you, immediate family, relatives and friends.
2. Locations.
3. Dates
4. Email addresses.
5. Phone numbers.
6. If you make purchases on our site we only have access to certain information, potential private information may be accessible, however.

What is done with information collected?
