The process!

4. Classic Elegance adds your wedding info to the template.
7. You respond back to us within 1 business day (to not delay your order). What if I take more than 1 day to review?Your payment has been made - take the time required, invitations will arrive 7 days from the day you approve! What if I change my mind on the invitation when I get the email approval?Email us or call us immediately. If you don't want the invitation after receiving the approval you can request a refund minus $20.00 to cover fee's and time. What if I like the Invitation but I would like to slightly customise it?Any custom adjustments to the invitation are extra ($$). Contact us, this changes the category of the invitation, to custom invitation. We can make custom adjustments, and the price ranges depending on customization. You can receive a proof with the customization after paying the difference which will be quoted. What if the invitation arrives damaged or incorrect?With viable proof, we can re-print and re-ship. We ship by Canada Post, if the package is damaged in delivery, Canada Post will contact us personally. What if I am worried about the print colour?Classic Elegance Invitations offer sample invitations. They are $2 an invite (+tax) free shipping. They include: White and Ivory Paper Do you have a minimum order?We sure do! 20 invitations minimum! No compromising sorry! Do you Proof Read?To be safe, Classic Elegance doesn't change anything on the invitation. All proofing is the responsibility of the client. The approval process provides the client 1 business day to double check spelling, grammar, punctuation and correct titles and names. Promos and Discounts?Yes and Yes. To apply promos/discounts, You have to edit your cart and apply discount there, then go and checkout. Can Classic Elegance suggest anything to me?Yes we can...
